What is Northeastern’s Project Management Office?

Northeastern’s Project Management Office (PMO) formalizes the project-related governance processes and facilitates the standardization and sharing of resources, methodologies, tools and techniques across the network.

Northeastern’s PMO provides visibility, strategic alignment, accountability and value to users to ensure that projects are completed in scope, on time and within budget.
